Is your glass half-empty or half-full?

If we ask that question, we completely ignore what’s in the glass.  We see only what’s missing.  We are firmly convinced that if we had more – if we could only fill that glass – we would be happy and content.

Maybe we should ask why the glass is half empty.

Do we really need more?  Or do we have everything we need, but we’re trying to fill the wrong glass?

Maybe it all fits perfectly in a different glass…

…the right glass.

This journal explores finding contentment by using the right glass.
